About Jasmine Kitchen

More Than What's On The Menu

The Concept

Simple, Seasonal,

Scratch-Made

Jasmine Kitchen is a lunch café near downtown Greenville, serving a chef-driven menu of scratch-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and sweets. Everything's prepared fresh each day and served at the counter, with a new menu regularly.

We source locally where we can, including our cheddar cheese yeast rolls, made by our partner Project Host.

"Our values are: rooted in love, focused on healing, committed to growth – one woman at a time."

The Space

A Building With a Past and a Purpose

Our space is a renovated, 100-year-old home, painted yellow on purpose – a symbol of warmth and light. Inside, you'll find 64 seats across four dining areas, plus a deck for outdoor seating. The tables and barn door were handbuilt by Soteria At Work, another local social enterprise. While you're here, stop by our retail space for candles, jewelry, and more made by Jasmine Road residents and graduates.

Our Boutique

More to Love, Off the Menu

The boutique is a larger extension of our mission: soap, candles, jewelry, apparel, stationary, tea towels, and much more, many handmade by the women in our program as part of their path to independence. Buying a gift does more than support a small business, it funds wages, job training, and a future built on more than survival. Shop online or right here in the café.

Our Mission

The Road Leads Here

Our Mission

The Road Leads Here

Jasmine Road's mission is to provide a path to healing and employment for women survivors of sex trafficking, prostitution, and addiction.

Jasmine Kitchen is part of their Social Enterprise Program — giving residents and graduates of the two-year residential program a safe, supportive place to work, whether that's in the restaurant or making candles  and jewelry to sell.

It's a chance to build new skills, gain valuable experience, and take the first steps toward independence.

'Meaningful work helps us find our place in society and allows us to feel that we are a part of something bigger than ourselves,' said Kathryn Norwood, Jasmine Road Board Chair Emeritus. 'We believe strongly that everyone deserves the opportunity to flourish.'
